CARDIO

We provide a robust swim training program for beginners, intermediate and advanced swimmers. SBR’s lead coach is recognized for her unique ability to help beginners to overcome their aquaphobia.

Our cycle training plans include one for beginners, one for riders looking to improve their endurance for longer rides, and one for racers looking for that competitive edge.

Whether you’re a novice or a veteran runner, achieve the goals you set for yourself with our simple yet effective training program.

ADDITIONAL TRAINING COMPONENTS

SBR’s integrated training approach includes an overview of strength and nutrition training and partner referrals when appropriate.

Strength

Functional training exercises act as the foundation to any multi-sport athlete’s resistance training program. It is these exercises that improve the body’s strength to initiate and continue specific movement patterns, which allows athletes to improve efficiency and economy of movement.

Nutrition

Nutrition is one of the most commonly overlooked components in a multi-sport athlete’s training program. Recognizing nutrition as an important training component is a key first step in implanting the proper mindset of using nutrition to support physical training goals.
